Well, I guess it's time to take the Hallowe'en lights down. We don't go on the roof for this. We just whip the strand and it usually comes off the nails. We had a tree trimmer to coax the stubborn ones though

Can't decide which I like more. First is an outlook on the way into the Yosemite valley

Standing in a meadow in the valley. Half Dome is just to the left of the lit up mountain and partialy covered by clouds

330/366- Game Boy Color

The first game "console" I've ever had. Got this back in 98. I got a Game boy Advance later when they came out and thats pretty much all I had until the beginning of the year when my friend gave me his N64. Man up with the times, haha

Family left for Yosemite today for a family gathering. I was looking for things to take and came across my GBC. Didn't really get anything better today on the way up or up there as it was dark

Dad's been working on insulating the south wall of our garage and then putting up drywall. It has to be 10-15º cooler in there now. A lot better to work in now

Crime scene, double homicide it seemed. However, I think the students who were investigating this "scene" knew more than I do. Must be for a Criminal Justice class

Dad and I took a bike ride up Skyline Dr. It's a fun dirt road and a few single tracks. I want to make a plate so I can get some pics as I ride. Also want to take some videos somehow. Prob with dad's P&S

Had a break today. No more bands performing, so we all had from when we got up until 1145pm to do whatever we wanted. I really can't decide which photo I like best. Air hockey table was a fun shot, yet blurry. The faux 10mm was fun looking as well, so today, I have a tie I think

319/366- Bright Colour and Dark Alley

Saw the side of the torn down building on the left from the street(at right) and when I got there, I saw the yellow tree right in the middle. Looked very nice for a splash of colour. The white spots are water drops on the lense as it was sprinkling

A tweak to a previous shot I got that helped convey the darkness I was going after a little better


I liked this faux 10mm as well

The Riverside Community College Marching Tigers hold an annual marching competition. Lots of bands show up and the Tigers work all sorts of jobs to keep things running smoothly. I liked the sense of movement in this picture. 9x16 crop to tighten it up and remove some negative space off to the right
